New perspectives on personal professional issues can be developed autonomously in a continuous exchange and sparring with the coach. Clarity (on the respective topics), inner strength and decisiveness are regained.

As a certified systemic coach with an experienced track record with numerous individual clients, and also based on my own leadership experience as well as on the consulting and counseling of executive managers, I bring a broad background to accompany and support you.
