Carolin Sophie Widenka

Shaping transformation and growth for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole – that is what I stand for with my experience, skills, and passion.

Based on my professional experience in various DAX- and NYSE-listed corporations, in German Mittelstand, and in management consulting, I help organizations of all sizes navigate structural change and restructuring, design transformation and growth strategies across industries, and – above all – develop future-ready teams, organizations, and ecosystems.

As a trained systemic business coach, I have accompanied people at every level of leadership for many years – from executives and senior managers to team leaders and employees. Drawing on this broad experience, I intuitively identify how innovative approaches can unfold in collaborations and unlock the full potential of individuals and teams.

My interdisciplinary academic background – with degrees in European Studies (B.A.), International Cultural and Business Studies (M.A.), and Economic Geography (M.A.) from the University of Passau – provides a solid foundation for my ongoing work on individual and organizational development, especially in the context of major transformations. This also includes the interplay of demographic and societal trends, digitalization, and global labor markets. In recent years, I have further advanced my expertise in science-based personality development and executive coaching. These experiences have also led to numerous collaborations with academia, including workshops, lectures, and research projects.

Last but not least, I am passionate about the medical and healthcare sector, particularly in light of the demographic challenges ahead. I regularly volunteer with the German Red Cross as an Emergency Medical Technician (“Rettungssanitäter”).

To discuss, elaborate, and rearrange constantly emerging innovative ideas, I enjoy travelling to both familiar and unknown places, and especially walking my thoughts in the mountains – you may find me hiking, climbing, or skiing in the Alps throughout all seasons of the year.
