Carolin Sophie Widenka
Shaping meaningful transformation and sustainable growth for individuals, organizations, and society – that is what I stand for, combining experience and passion with strategic clarity and a deep understanding of people.
Based on my professional experience across DAX- and NYSE-listed corporations, German Mittelstand, and management consulting, I support organizations of all sizes in navigating structural change and restructuring, designing transformation and growth strategies across industries, and – above all – building future-ready teams, organizations, and ecosystems.
As a trained systemic business coach, I have worked with people at every level of leadership for many years – from executives and senior managers to team leaders and employees. Drawing on this broad experience, I combine analytical depth with intuition to identify how innovative approaches can unfold in collaborative settings and unlock the full potential of individuals and teams.
My interdisciplinary academic background – with degrees in European Studies (B.A.), International Cultural and Business Studies (M.A.), and Economic Geography (M.A.) from the University of Passau – provides a strong foundation for my current work in individual and organizational development, particularly in the context of large-scale transformations – including the interplay of demographic and societal trends, digitalization, and global labor markets. In recent years, I have further advanced my expertise in science-based personality development and executive coaching. These experiences have also led to numerous collaborations with academia, including workshops, lectures, and research projects.
Last but not least, I am passionate about the medical and healthcare sector, particularly in light of the demographic challenges ahead. I regularly volunteer with the German Red Cross as an Emergency Medical Technician (“Rettungssanitäter”).
To reflect on and further develop new ideas, I enjoy traveling to both familiar and unfamiliar places – and especially stepping back to gain clarity while moving in the mountains. You may find me hiking, climbing, or skiing in the Alps throughout the year.
